General Information:

ACS1 is chemically modified tapioca starch.

ACS1 has good stability, excellent transparency. It has reduced tendency to retrogradation and syneresis.

ACS1 can be widely used in food industry. It can be used in fast frozen food, fish product,meat productand different kinds of noodles.

Whiteness: ≥90%

Sieve Anakysis: ≥99% on 100 mesh

PH(30% suspension ):5.0-7.5

Sulfur Dioxide: ≤30mg/Kg

Package:

25Kg plastic fiber bag.

Storage:

Dry and cool, separated from strong-smelling goods.

Application:

Mixed starch with wheat flour, then add some cold water(less than 45°C) to produce noodle.

One part starch mix with nine parts wheat flour.
