Food industry:

Corn starch is widely used in making vermicelli, meat products, ice cream, beer, monosodium glutamate, etc. It is also the main raw materials of sweetener, such as glucose syrup, maltose syrup,dextrose, maltodextrin, high fructose corn syrup, polyol, etc.

Pharmaceutical industry:

It is the raw material of dextrose and the main ingredients of many kinds of bacteriophage substrate. It is also the additives of flake drugs.

Chemical industry:

In chemical industry corn starch is used in producing acetic acid, acetone, butanol, etc.

Textile industry:

Corn starch is used as sizing, surface coating and adhesive application.

Paper industry:

The main usage in paper making industry is improving the quality of paper and enhance the intensity.

It can also find use in producing biodegradable plastic and several thousands of modified starch which is widely used in paper making, textile, food, foundry, pharmaceutical, architecture, oil drilling and mill run.
