Extreme Weather Affect the Corn Process in North China

The coldest weather had apparently affected the regular running of corn process in North China. It first made the transportation of corn very difficult. It also make the consumption of power going up very sharply. So to guarantee the power consumption by residents the local government restrict the factories to use power. Some factories had to stop production.
