BANGYE brand soy protein concentrate is produced from soybean of Non-GMP and low denatured and low defatted soy meal via advanced Israeli alcohol washing technology. The annual output is 12000 tons. Without any pollution in production process so it is the most advanced soy protein production technology in the world. The protein content can reach 68% and even 70% and detain the 8 kinds of amino acid that human body cannot combined by itself. It has not peculiar smell, no cholesterol, with high nutrition value so it can be used in many kinds of food.
Through physical modification it can be produced tumbling, emulsion and gelatin type.
