General Information:
WTHS is a double chemically modified waxy corn starch.WTHSis resistant to high temperature, heavy processing(such as homogenization) and low PH. Furthermore, the product has good emulsification stability, cream and smooth mouth feel. It will not syneresis during low temperature storage.WTHScan be widely used in food industry. It can be used in sauces(such as oyster sauce), Ketchup, dairy product (such as yogurt),pie filling, gravies, soups and so on.

Storage:
Dry and cool, separated from strong-smelling goods.
Application:
To be utilized as a thickener, the starch must be heated. Mixed with cold water(less than 45°C) and then be heated.
