Description: Monoammonium phosphate (MAP) is colorless transparent quadratic system crystal. Relative density is 1.803 (19). Melting point is190, easy resolve in water, lightly resolve in alcohol, no resolve in acetone, it is stable in air and will partially decompose when heating100. Monoammonium phosphate will lose ammonium and water and produce the mixture of ammonium metaphosphate and phosphoric acid. Solution is acid (PH is 4.5 of 1% solution).
