Description:
Glucose syrup also name liquid glucose. It is produced from hydrolization of starches via double-enzyme method or acid-enzyme method. The main ingredients include glucose, maltose, trisaccharide, tetrasaccharide and polysaccharide. Different DE value with different proportion of all kinds of saccharide and the uses is different.
Application:Glucose syrup is mainly used in the production of snacks, bake, cold drinks, confectionary, chewing gum and other food products. It can also be used in process hides, silver plating, metallic coating and tobacco, etc.
