1. Monocalcium phosphate anhydrous:

Chemical name: Dihydrocalcium Phosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate Anhydrous

Molecular formula: Ca(H2PO4)2

Molecular weight : 234.05

Physical properties: Whitish powder; Specific weight: 2.220; Soluble in Hydrochloric Acid and Nitric Acid; Slightly soluble in water(1.8% at 30℃); Free Phosphoric Acid in it; Deliquescent; Its water solution is acidic.

Quality standard: FCC-V

Assay(As Ca): 16.8-18.3%

Pb : 2ppm max

As : 3ppm max

Heavy metals (As Pb): 10ppm max

Fluoride: 50ppm max

Residue on ignition: 14.0-15.5%

Usage: In food industry, it is often used as leavening agent in bakery, assistant fermentation agent and buffer in bread and biscuit, nutritional supplement, pectin solidification, yeast food, modifier in meat tissue. When applied in fermentation, it can increase the fermentation capacity.

Packing: In 25kgs net paper bags lined with PP bags.

Storage and transport: This product should be kept way from poisonous substances in a dry and ventilated warehouse. To avoid moisture in transportation, handle with care.

 

2. Monocalcium Phosphate Monohydrate:

Chemical name: Dihydrocalcium Phosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate

Molecular formula: Ca(H2PO4)2.H2O

Molecular weight : 252.07

Physical properties: White crystalline powder or flaked crystalloid. Specific gravity: 2.220. It may lose crystal water when heated to 109℃. Soluble in Hydrochloric Acid and Nitric Acid, and slightly soluble in water (1.8%,30℃). It commonly contains free Phosphoric Acid and features hygroscopicity. Its water solution is acidic.

Quality standard: FCC-Ⅳ

Fermenting agent for buffer, fruit acid solidification in bread and cracker, yeast food, modifier in meat organization It can improve saccharification and fermentation in brewery.


Packing: it is packed with plastic bag as liner, and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
